2 years ago, I got to visit the University of Kentucky where they were working on making nanotubes and testing them for strength. It was very cool.

Wow, it can absorb 20 times it’s weight! This nanowire mesh is really powerful. I also noticed in the article that this nanowire paper is inexpensive to produce! I’m sure that this will help improve our environment and purify water.

i posted a thread in the forums about nano glass and paper, but they didnt serve much of a purpose
