Hey, HP wrote out in very visible red letters “Pull firmly until you hear a click”. Seriously, there are people who would need instructions like that. It was nice of HP to make the directions very clear and straight forward. It’s good that you have to pull firmly, otherwise the monitor could easily be moved around and even fall down and break.
