Hmm wouldnt that be a bit of a privacy issue, to be able to see who is on twinkle and on their iphones within a certain radius? Why would that necessarily be a feature they would want included in there? Sorry, I am just having trouble seeing the usefulness of that one feature…

With this feature you could get in contact with people who live near you. I don’t think it is a privacy issue because they are choosing themselves to post their information to Twitter. Twitter also gives you the option as to who can follow your twitters or whether or not you want your twitters to be private/public.
