@acid2k1: slingbox allows you to stream TV to any laptop that has internet basically
I was actually looking at this (not the PRO-HD but a different one) but I ended up finding some free software called WebGuide which is free and a software-based solution instead which streams TV from my desktop tuner to my laptop.
