The wrist strap makes holding it alot easier, and the design is pretty nice.

I would think that the strap being in the back would complicate game play but maybe not just by looking you cant really tell

This looks like a very fun game to play with the Nintendo Wii! The wheel does look a little small though. I think Nintendo should make a bigger wheel for those that have bigger hands. It would be more comfortable.
