Hey, I just got my iRiver pmp-120 and I cant seem to convert any of the videos I have to be able to play them on the iriver, and when I open the converting software it says “The Source File 〈C:\The Boondock Saints.avi〉 cannot be converted. It seems to be collapsed or in an unsupported format.” I don’t understand why it says this because it plays fine in my DiVX player and it is in a DiVX codec, any help would be greatly appreciated.
