Was anyone else disapointed that Peyton didn’t throw the 48th TD pass of the year? I was disapointed, but I understand why Tony Dungy didn’t want him to go for it. It wasn’t necessary, and it was just going to be showboating if he did. That was classic when Edge ran into the endzone for that 3rd quarter touchdown when the defense was expecting pass.

He didn’t need to get the record.  I don’t understand why everyone is so angry about him not going for it.  THey already had the game one.  He didn’t need to rub it in.  It’s not like he won’t be able to get the record now.
