I dont really know how to download from IRC.

Just do a search on packetnews.com then click on the “#” in the results, it’ll open irc, connect and put you in the room, all you do then is press “Ctrl + v” to paste and send it, then they send you the file :D

oh well, ive used torrentsearch before so i guess i will have to survive on that.  but suprnova… gone?  this is the saddest news since the election result!

I have about 150 GB of hard drive space to fill… I’ll lend you some =D if only it were possible.

ok if people want links please PM them because reasons like this is why suprnova was shut down because as more people use them knowing that they are illegal, companies like the music and film industry are shutting these sites down because of course they dont want us downloading things they get paid for.

Riiiiiiiiiight #### I used it to download whatever I wanted to but although you say I mean you used it to download legal things other people didnt, and the word got out, so they shut it down

its a warez website that provide links to a p2p software where you can illegally download full software, movies, music, media, etc…  If you ask me, its about time they got shut down.  what they were doing is not only illegal but it is unethical.  C’mon, people spend large amounts of time and effort developing their material and with a couple of clicks, people can steal all their work for free.  if you enjoy their work, have the decency to support them by purchasing their software and not stoop so low as to pirate them.  those people that got sued from downloading from supernova deserved it.

I disagree people do put time into their work. But lets say cd’s, someone comes out with a cd that is horible but people want us to go buy the #### for 18 bucks at the store? #### it I’d rather just download the horible #### and listen to it for free and if I like it enough of course I will go buy it!

I ususally use google for my torrents, they are easy to find if you use google search deliminators. And other good sites besides suprnova had quality torrents. But yea, suprnova was the biggest.
