They are not even all the way around they are a bit shorter front to back
Also, there is no clamping force being applied to the hooks, they are operating soley on gravity. Unless you are able to completely surround the item and have it catch on to something, like a collar or an ear or something of the animal, it will never come back up. Thats why you’ll see people get them all the way around and it just comes back up, opening then closing. Its rigged.
