I think it depends on how much bigger you get them. I’ve known people with fake breasts and they’ve regretted it because their nipples have actually hurt from being hard all the time.

The only 100% failsafe way to tell if they are fake? Hold a flash light under the breast, and turn it on— if they are real no light will emit from them; however if they are fake, they will light up like a boob-o-lantern on halloween.
