What digital camera do you guys recommend i get? i have a $300 budget and i am looking for over 4 MegaPixel.  i was going to get the Sony DSC 5.1 MP cam for $320 but i wanted to see if it was a good deal and if there are any better deals.

I’ve liked my Canon S410.

It’s about $350 though. It’s 4 MegaPixel.

but I got a better deal:

all this for only $209.99 👏

I’m not a big fan of Sony.  Sony seems to lack in photo quality where Canon excels.  Gotta love Canon’s image processing software.

No real reviews out yet, but I think Sony just came out wiht the DSC-L1, which is a compact camera in your price range.

I’m usually good at this, but so many new ones came out recently… overwhelming, my brother got a new cam for 250 that excelled all my old 400 dollar ones

[quote author=“lizerauti”]The Sony DSC-W1 looks good.

go see it in person, if you like a big bulky camera go for it, the front ring around the lense is ridiculously big
