I don’t think I’m spelling it right but it’s a Swedish meal called coldomers.  It’s basically boiled cabbage wrapped around hash meat and then it’s baked in butter, sugar, and brown sugar.  It’s the most delicious thing on earth.  It’s only made once a year in our family and I can’t wait for December when we have it.

dude, that sounds so good..i mean, its got meat, and butter, and sugar, and more sugar, what more could you ask for??

anyway, i got a few favs:
filet mignon w/ garlic taters with LOTS O BUTTER (preferable from a restaurant called Nana)
mac & cheese from a restaraunt called Jaspers here in dallas, its got aged gouda, 3 other cheeses, and porscuitto in it…AMAZING
homemade 1.5lb burger is good too :D

EDIT: totally forgot, a REALLY good chicken fried steak. one of those monster ones that take up plates the size of a hubcap. lots of gravy. buttery rolls too.

I agree, Italian is very good. We also have some really good mexican here. Taco shops seem to be on every corner and they are soo good. Nothing like a California burrito.
