the reason why this avatar makes me crack up is cuz i have a friend who had a similar experience to this. once we were over at his house, and he’s got bokkens and bo staffs and we’ve sorta learned how to use them. well, one day, we’re in his backyard, and he practicing with the bo staff, twirling it around. mind you, this is a pretty heavy wood staff. i’m sittin back watchin, and in the blink of an eye, staff makes contact with the twig n’ berries between his legs. i see his eyes wince >< .... he tries to continue one more rotation, and then just collapses. i run over to see if he’s alright. and then i collapse: laughing my damn ass off. i just wish i had a video camera.
