Hey, yeah, I was wondering if you guys could help suggest me a game…? My step-dad and I really got into these two games called “Siren” and “Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly,” both on Playstation 2. If you could suggest me a game of similar calibre (they’re both horror/survival games, but not the type like “Resident Evil”—you have to play them to understand), then I would greatly appreciate it. =)
P.S. I would greatly appreciate suggestions from people who have *played* these games. If you haven’t, then it’s fine, please post a suggestion nonetheless. =) Thanks! |

Haha, I’ve been suggested that one as well, but I hear it’s not as good as Fatal Frame II. Kinda like it’s not worth it. =\ But eh, it couldn’t be too bad if it had a good enough sequel, right? =)

Already did that. =\ But I’m looking for Siren-esque or Fatal FRame-ish types of games… they’re Japanese and about strange phenomena. Like zombies from a cult/mythological background or ghosts from a ritual ceremony.
Can you think of any games like that? Games that are, like, weird… weird as in they have stuff to do with Cults. I hear that’s what the new Resident Evil is going to be like =) |

Yeah, but do you have a Gamecube? It’s one of the hotter games coming this year though. Better controls, smarter AI. |

o0o0o0o, is this for the new Resident Evil game they’re coming out with? And YAY for smarter AI, some of those zombies can get to be so dumb after a while =P |

hmmm Id go with Fatal Frame although i never really liked that game. Or else get hmmmmmmm Outbreak? |

Eternal Darkness is the perfect survival horror game that is a must buy.
Add a number 3 for my recommendations above…
3. Play the game late at night with the lights out (with headphones or surround sound preferably) and wait for the sanity effects |

OMG, I’ve done that with other games. I got so freakin’ scared I had to have my step-dad play it for me. LOL I am not joking, that’s how much of a ##### I am =P |

By the way, the rest of you can ask questions about video games or ask for some suggestions and whatnot. This thread isn’t exclusive to just me =)
