They are talking about something totally different.

If you go to eBay, you will find NUMEROUS ads stating they will sell you info on how to get an iPod for $20, a PS2 for $15, an XBOX for $30, etc.

When you pay them, you get a list to put your name on. YOur name doesnt move up the list unless you get others to join.

or something like that- A coworker of mine did one of those ebay auctions and for his $5 he got info on how to go to frevideogames dot com or free ps2 dot com or something like that and it is basically a scheme like the free ipod one, except you sign up for all the offers yourself, and plenty of them. most of them are trial offers that cost 2 or 3 bucks, so after it’s all said and done,he spent about $40 bucks on these trial thingies and creditcard signups and earned enough points to get his ps2. (his bank called him and asked if everything was ok, why were there all these charges on his card for $2 or $3? He had to explain it was ok…)
then he had to wait.. and wait.. for it to get shipped. three or four months as I recall. but he did get a ps2 for $40, as advertised. Just don’t expect rush delivery…. caveat emptor…

This is a pyramid scheme and whoever get on this early will benefit more.  With the help of a message board like this, more people will get what they are offering than on most pyramid schemes.  With teamwork, people will get what they want just as long as you act now and not later because later, there will be less people to refer.

The company will supply the ipods because they an afford to and still make a lot of money in the end.  They need to be legit or else there would be legal issues.  Its worth there time to spend the money on sending us all ipods since they get so much more for referring.

freeipods.com is quite definitely legit.  if you look on the free stuff board youll find thousands of posts about it.  i myself am in the “sent to vendor, waitng for product” stage.  it will be shipped as soon as ecost.com gets enough ipods to fulfill my order.  and i didnt lose a penny.  if you want an ipod but are short of cash at least try this first, before being ignorant and wasting $300 on what i (and many others) am getting free.

These posts are over a month old. There wasn’t a free stuff board back then and people were more sketpical.  We have now come to learn that freeipods is legit.
