As for getting more members, after the Gmail contest ends on the 22nd, I will be starting a new contest which will be for a peice of free gear. The winner will be determined by the person who gets the most people to sign up and use the Gear Live board. Hopefully that will increase readership here 😊.

no kidding, but its 1gb email storage, its too bad you dont get to have like 1gb webspace with gmail. I could so use 1gb of webspace haha i only got 50 mb.

Well the other night I was sitting here posting, and I went back to the Vesti and hit the refresh button, and the first topic I saw was, “First 3 posters to post here get GMail!!!”, and im all like OMFG WTF!!?

So I go in and see 2 people have already posted, so I quickly type “ME!!” and hit the submit button, and I was the third by about 5 seconds. Within minuted my GMail account was up and running :D

nice. Thats pretty cool.  There were so many contests i missed haha. Too busy posting over here. I almost won one by getting 25th post but i got 24th!!!! haha so close.

I just use home-based email It woulda been better if you could have a gig of image-hosting.

But it has a valid topic: Who needs gmail? Because just about everyone has it, and if you don’t its way easy to get one. If you need one, post here and you’ll probably get PMed in about 3 seconds.

I apparently have 6 gmail invites as well.

wow you are kinda late dude.  Everyone and their grandma has gmail by now.  I have 4-5 accts.  Getting Gmail is no great feat anymore.
