Well guys, I ordrerd a DS from ebay for $188 plus shipping and handling said to have gone out via USPS priority the same day. Come saturday, I had concluded that the system was not actually sent, as it was given before 10am on the 13th to usps supposedly shipped. I filed a fraud complaint via paypal, what do you guys think? If it miraculously comes today I will cancel complaint—

Also, for those of you who think someone could have stolen it—I wait outside for the mailman personally each day awaiting my checks since the 12th of this month, (BTW Hopefully first shipment is today!!!!) so that whole - someone stole it thing - just doesn’t fly.

Sometimes usps takes a while to deliver. I remember buying some stuff on ebay and the guy shipped it when he said he did, but usps just took extra long to get it to my door. I believe it was like 10 or so days.  Of course he could be lying and might be trying to scam you, either way since you have the complaint on file with paypal you should be ok.

USPS = slowest but cheapest shipping if im not mistaken.

Yah, they may have chosen regular usps parcel post which is real slow.

USPS Parcel-something is very cheap and slow. But “regular” Priority is ~$5 for 3 days anywhere in contiental US (small package)

Yeah it was $180 for the DS, 8.50 for USPS Priority with Insurance…. they sent me a ‘recipt’ which was basically them entering what was on their recipt…... I dunno if they are scamming or not but feels like it to me, so just in case I filed paypal complaint, but haven’t left negative feedback yet.

usps priority doesnt guarantee that it will be there in 3 days if you read fine print.  :mischeif:  it could just be that because it is sooooo close before xmas that the post office is swamped.  i take it the postmark did not have the date/time stamp….

When i send package they’re always saying that it’s guaranteed 3 days or i can claim my money back

i order xmas gifts from hsn.com on december 12th one of them is 30 min from my house the other has not left CA it better get here b4 xmas or im gonna be pissed as hell. it said if you order by 20th guranted by xmas. :x

What is his ebay feedback?  how many sales / what percentage

If I were him I would find out a way t get it back if you are filing a paypal complaint.  why don’t you talk to him and figure it out plus, usps is not only slow their tracking sucks!
