The incidence of depression is skyrocketing.  More than one million Canadians suffer from some type of depressive disorder.  Many have depression that is both undiagnosed, as well as untreated.  Depression can turn a person?s life into shambles. Antidepressant drugs are probably overused but certainly can be life saving in the case of severe suicidal depression.
