Turing 25 in style, Playboy beauty Sara Underwood celebrated her birthday with a party at Tabu Ultra Lounge in the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday night (March 28).

Partying until the wee hours of the morning, the 2007 Playmate of the Year donned a red halter style minidress as she playfully posed for photographers upon arrival.
