Upon her wishes, Jade Goody was spotted arriving home from Royal Marsden Hospital with her husband Jack Tweed on Wednesday

The 27-year-old British star wanted to come home to die and to be with her family and friends - most of all spend time with her children Bobby-Jack and Freddie.
