The factory isnot unionized but its for a good reason, they dont need it. He gives them paid days off, company picnics great pay and more stuff I can’t remember. Its probably the best sweatshop to work in ever. When we were filming there all the factory suddenlt stood up and took a lunch without prompting ate and went back to work without anyone telling them lunch was over, they are very happy workers. It may seem like we are giving a lot of praise to this company but there is a reason. The thought and materials that go into them and the quality of the work environment, plus the fact that its all in the US makes it a great place to buy bags. They cost a lot, but there is a reason.
