For all the professional musicians out there….

What are your experiences with these organizations?

I recently did some research on one of the smaller orgs called SESAC.  They make sure you get paid after a show and they help out with touring and living costs.  They occasionally even hold contests.

Does anyone have any first hand experiences with companies like this?
