Hi! I need help figuring out how to download a podcast to my ipod. I have followed all the directions and the ipod says “do not disconnect”  and itunes says it is updating the ipod and this continues for several minutes. It never gives me an error or anything but the information is never in the ipod when I’m finished. Any ideas?
