IF you have an archos AV420 please, please, please help me learn to download movies from the computer to it!  I am technically challenged so it will need to be very basic and explicit instructions.  I thought this would be a cool gadget for traveling but don’t understand “techy” stuff and it is not working for me. 
Once again, please walk me through a download from computer to media player.

when u plug it in with the usb cable it should say how to open the files on it open with windows explorer and drag ur avi files and mp3s

i got batman downloaded from bearshare onto the archos, but when i click on it to play the movie it says ‘’ can not play video!  please check”
what am i doing wrong or what should i do

it has a codec that the archos doesnt have.

u can try to divx convert it but i doubt it will work.
