problem with tvonnav (called E60 XBOX)

I have installed the new tvonnav (called E60 XBOX). It seems that everything is working fine: I can swtich from screen etc. but the problem is that I dont see anything on the screen. I have 2 rear screens and there everything is working fine. I have tried another device that can switch easily between PAL/NTSC—> no view.

what do I do wrong ?
