My iPod that I got on the 24th is being weird. I can’t get my computer to recognize iPod anymore. It was working just fine yesterday. And I know it’s plugged in right because it charges but it won’t autosync the music I want it to. Does anyone know what’s happening?

Have you tried to format it and start over?  Maybe something happened with the image?  Also, this is the computer that it was configured on with iTunes correct?

How I reformat or start over. And yes this was the only computer my iPod has ever come near.

I think it’s in the manual, something like pressing Menu + select several times…don’t know where my manual is lol, also, the iPod updater has a format option I believe, it it’ll load
