I should get a case for my ipod, too. I leave it in my pocket most of the time, so it doesn’t really get scratched anywhere. Although I do try to keep it seperate from my cell phone and keys or spare change. Usually its in my pocket by itself.

Today, I accidentally dropped my iPod on the pavement and kicked it a good couple of feet in front of me. The back is scratched up now :( Guess I should have invested in an iSkin after all… :::sniffles:::

Oh man that sucks. But at least its just scratches ... You should just invest $15 on an iSkin. No scratches anymore ... Plus it looks 8)

If it’s just the back that’s scratched, consider doing this.

Brushed iPod :D

I’d try it on mine but I already have this skin type thing on mine.  It’s sort of like those HP stickers but much better quality!

To be honest, I’ve actually dropped it a couple of times already, LOL Still works fine 😊 Although, it did freeze on me once, but not due to a dropping incident. I just let the battery run out of juice so it could reset itself or whatever 😛

That is interesting… I kinda don’t understand it, but it looks kinda cool with its grain-ish look 😊

Well you basically tape up everything but the metal on your ipod, then get a “Scoth Brite” thing with the rough side ans scratch the back up.  The “screwdriver case” is just so the lines are straight.

You could always get one of these too.  It’s something like what I have.

Mine is carbon Fiber and it looks sort of like an iRiver with it on, with all the ipod benefits :D

That’s only for iPod mini though…and the DS :D   If I had a DS I’d so buy one of those.  They look really awesome.

Here is another site with similar products for the 4g iPod.

No iPods are very tough, I’ve dropped mine a lot and it still works perfectly.  I know two people that dropped a Dell DJ on a carpet and it broke though.
