Look like this game appears to be one of the more-impressive launch games for the PSP. With PSP’s wireless connectivity feature, wireless battle takes up to eight players race. NOS can be charged and use to boost up the speed!!! I can’t wait!!!

Yep, this looks to be the best of the bunch.  It isn’t perfect, but it’s qutie good.  What’s missing you ask?  Sense of speed in the early stages of the game, and also it feels like you’re racing alone a lot, unlike BO3.
