The women that get raped normally just abort there child in the first month. Women that wanna keep them and decide to give them up about 8 months too late should be called murderers. A women like Laci wouldn’t have gotten death. She would have had a child and she dosen’t look like the mudering type. I mean some women look like killers and there not all put to death. It’s easier to put a man down than a woman. Even if he did kill Laci he does not deserve to be killed. I mean it hurts a whole nother family and ends another life.

I don’t believe he deserves the death penalty but deserves to go to jail for the rest of his life if h did do the crimes he was convicted of. It’s stupid we kill more people to teach not killing people.

That is true. But according to biology and the studies of Mitosis an 8 month baby would have more cells and would almost be a human being. Some people consider that to be more of an organism than just a couple of cells. :roll:
The baby can feel way more when they are at 8 months instead of 1. And that’s sucks alot more that they can just let them die like that. But they really used the unborn baby against Scott too much.
And I just heard on CourtTV they probably won’t even sentence him to death. There was like a 20% chance.
NOBODY deservers the death penalty, I have my own beliefs on this that I don’t want to force on anyone, but the death penalty makes us no better than the criminal.
I guess I feel two sided. No one should take another persons life but god but then again think if the most worst imaginable deed was done unto you by another wicked soul wouldn’t you want revenge/retribution whatever it may be? An eye for an eye? “Revenge is the sweetest thing next to getting Pxssy” as Tupac once sang.
It’s not the fact that he killed her, but the reason behind killing her that really got me. It just shows you how sick some people are. If I ever have a daughter, and something like this happens to her, I think I’d want him put to death. I know we should learn forgiveness, but we’re only human.
