Which do you want more? Why? Why? Why?

I personally want the PSP more because of the nice sleek design, the graphics, and the selection of games seems better than the DS.

I agree with Xcaret.  Sony game selection will eventually own DS… just like GC and PS2

everyone thinks that nintendo is “kiddy”  but its really not

if you dont like mario or yoshi, then go with samus or capt falcon.

but im for the DS for other reasons.
its like they said at the conference when they released the DS

“Why go a little bit faster down the same road, when we can take you down a whole new path.”

this clearly shows the edge that the DS has over the PSP

Only plays mpeg 4 (real Mpeg4 not DivX/XviD) so converting will be annoying.  And Memory sticks big enough to hold a full length movie are expensive.  I still think they should release a UMD burner or something.  Oh and it’s just a trial of the movie converting program, so not only do you have to convert the movie, they want you to pay for a seperate app to do that converting.

Yeah that would be very nice if they released a UMD burner.  I would buy one in a second, once the PSP comes out of course 😉

To me, samus and Capt falcon are very kiddie, much unlike say Solid snake, and Carl Johnson (GTA:SA) heh….

and how is nintendo taking thing’s down a new path? There repeating the Nintendo 64 basically in a hand held, what it looks like anyways…If anyone is doing anything “new” for handhelds, it’s sony, those PSP Screenshots are amazing.

Just my opinion ;]

I second that.  The DS isn’t a new path.  They just put a touchscreen on it.  The PSP uses a new disc technology and it will have more mature games, like Socom or Grand Turismo.  Not stuff like Yoshi or the Sims (Urbz I mean 😉 )  No offense but I just like the PSP much better!

I think you’d have to be pretty good at Japanese to be able to read it.  I mean not to be hatin’ or anything but can you read Japanese as fast as you can read english?  Maybe you can and that’s awesome, but if its the kind of language I take in school it’s pretty hard.  But good luck on that!

Only about 4 more months until the PSP comes out in the US.  So many people are going to buy this thing the first day.  It’s gonna be awesome! :D
