seriously.. i think every kid has wanted to do one of their teachers.. me and my friends used to ask what teacher we’d like to do.. mine was always the principal dr. o’conner or the art teacher mr. hunter.. both hot.. and both nice as hell.. in middle school i had a huuuuggee crush on my gym teacher.. during the lacrosse unit he was showing me how to throw and came up around me and like put his hands on mine and was showing me like how my arms should be doing.. all i could concentrate on was the fact that he was up against me haha.. Like 4 of the female high school teachers were hot as hell.. we’d also do the “if you are a guy which teacher would you want”.. haha.. my english teacher sweetest person ever and so pretty.. same with my history teacher.  It’s a well known fact in our school that every guy wants them.  In fact we had a jeopardy students vs. teachers and one of the questions for the teachers were which teachers does every male student want?.. haha.

but yeah.. i think you’ve got to be just a teeny bit messed up to want a 14 year old when you’re 23.. even if it was mutual.. 14 years old.. jeez

14 aint young anymore in america, most kids lose their virginity by 15, i lost mine a few years earlier.  Sex is not that big a deal as people make it out to be, this kid had a good thing goin and he had to squeel to mommy and daddy about it.  jeez this kid probably walks around school like, “yo im tha shizzle, i banged the teacher”

Ok, I’m sorry but NO ONE at 14 is mature enough to be having sex.  God.  And in my opinion the teacher is scum for having sex with a 14 year old…still a child…what were they thinking?

i don’t know.. i still think sex is a big deal.  I think it’s way to casual.. having sex at 12, 13 or 14? That’s crazy.. there’s just certain emotional and physical things that a kid that age just isn’t ready to deal with

Personally, I disagree.  Further, to blanket the issue to say ‘no one’ is this that or the other thing is dangerous. 

There are always exceptions to the rule.  Nothing is all inclusive except ‘change and exceptions’. 

Granted I would say the ‘majority’ of 14 year olds are just kids and are not ready for the emotional and physical consequences of sex in modern society.  And I agree that laws are needed to protect the majority of people. 

But I feel it wrong to automatically make it a criminal offense, and label it as rape.  The kid wasn’t ‘FORCED’ to participate, yet it’s still called statutory rape.  She’ll be labled a sex offender the rest of her life, even if HE, initiated it.  That is unjust.

Justice cannot be properly served if law is absolute.  That takes away personality.  People are different.  I’ve known 40 year olds who were less physically and emotional mature than 12 year olds.  And I’ve know 16 year olds that were wiser than most 60+ retired folk.

And I’m not one of them, I didn’t lose my virginity at a young age.  I’m not biased. 

Just my opinion.  But a lot of people think a lot of things are wrong simply because they have been brought up in a society to think that.  Nevermind that just a few decades/centuries ago, in the same society it was considered completely fine and dandy.

I think everyone has skirted over the very obvious point of view here:

If she looked at all halfway decent, she could have been makin it with anyone else already over the age of 18. I think that her going for the 14 year old when she could have had an 18 year old immediately puts up red flags, in my opinion.

If she was that sex starved, she should just have gone to any bar (where everyone is 21+) with a sign on her back that said “horny”, because that would have worked a lot better. Plus, adults usually have money to spend on females. What did this kid have to offer her? Profound worldy experience? I think not.
