LOL. Yes they are, but they can only catch the ones without any virus protection or firewall. If you know what you’re doing you can get away with it easy. Also, did you know the methods the RIAA is using to catch people is illegal?

It’s kind of obvious it is. They basically hack you. However, there is always some law that allows them to do that.
I don’t really care too much for the RIAA, I understand why they do what they do. I mean, honestly I can’t blame them for going after pirates. And usually they let people off the hook if they stop doing whatever is in violation. Well I mean only with big operations like SuperNova. Now that I think about it, it’s kind of funny how they sue kids and computer illiterate people and then let go the big fish with just a warning.

It was only one of the biggest torrent sites that existed. That is until the RIAA was through with them.

now we’ve got the such beautiful sites as piratebay.org, punktorrents.com, and torrentspy.com. but those are just a few…

what’s funny is every time they pull a stunt like that this #### gets more and more popular. the deal with napster when down and up comes limewire, bearshear, imesh, and all with 300% more users.
