Just got my 20GB iPod today from UPS. It just got shipped today. I want to exchange it for a photo iPod or should I exchange it for a iriver h320? The only thing i like about the iriver is that it can play movies, do you think that soon the iPod photo will also be able to? Thanks for the help!

It will play movies, but it will be crappy and require spinning the wheel around. 😊 iRiver will suck for movies also though.

haha, i take it you heard about the “load 5000 images and quickly scroll the click wheel” article. that’s nice if u want a digital flip book.

The H320 is decent at movies, but there’s better options if you are looking to that category of players.

Yes, I agree,   I just saw the video, and yes, it is “hella wack”.  It kinda reminds me of the old movie cameras you had to you had to wind up to film.  I do understand though that it’s just a demonstration to show the iPod’s capabilities for video.  Do video could be easily implemented into a firmware upgrade for the iPod Photo?

Exchange it for the iRiver.  It’s better than the photo ipod and it’s $200 cheaper.  The ipod photo is a over-priced piece of sh*t in my mind.

iRiver all the way!
