im glad it is finally over and he was found guilty. NOw here in modesto people can report on other things and stop making the city seem bad

I just think the media could had focused on other stories other than a murder case. Honestly, what was so special about this murder case? There’s thousands of murder cases. Why this one? :?  :think:

Well one big aspect was that they charged him for killing the child as well. The issue has been kinda interesting in terms of abortion laws and whether a fetus is treated as a person. He got first-degree on the wife and second-degree on the fetus.

The problem was that he intentionally killed her while she was pregnant because he didn’t want to have a child and have to get married. Apparently he wanted to live the “swingin bachelor life.” They’ll probably give Scott the chair but I wish they would just put him in jail for life, let him think about how sick he ####### is. They’ll use him as currency in jail.
