no .. the other guy was going too fast .. hit us from the side

Well, it’s never 100% anyone’s they say.  I might’ve been going too fast in both instances.  In both I still ended up winning the damages.

I’ve been in six auto accidents since I’ve been driving at 16 (I’m now 21), and four of them have *not* been my fault. The last auto accident I was in was not my fault. 😊 Busy traffic around school zones—someone hit me from behind. I’ve always been told that if someone hits you from the rear, it’s NEVER your fault.

That tree had it coming.

i backed into a jeep and my whole rear bumper was dented nothing happen to the jeep, then the next week someone rear ended me lol so i guess it works out in bthe end

Technically, no.  My last two official accidents I was rear-ended. Now, do I drive aggressively and stop quickly?  Yes.  :oops:

And I had an unofficial accident last winter.  On icy roads I answered my phone and the distraction caused me to slide into a curb, putting a small scrape on one of my rims.  I ignore my phone now when I’m driving…  8)

hit some neo-nazi that was driving a minivan while backing my jetta out at a gas station….i’ve never seen a crazier mufugga than him…he came outta the car and i gave him 50 bucks and bounced outta that piece before he got any crazier

I’ve never been in an accident (I’m only 18 ).  However, there were many situations where I was close to getting in some, but that was due to the other drivers not paying attention when they drive.

No. I was rear-ended by some half-drunk fool, he nearly totaled my Focus and he was driving a huge Expedition. My insurance ended up totalling my car.

My last “Wreck” was on a motorcycle, Sorta my fault, but not really. I was on the interstate doing 70Mph following a car in the left lane about 30-40 feet back, when suddenly a bent over Metal rain grate came right under the car. Then, I only had about a second to react, hit it, and it threw me up in the air, landed, got killer headshake, layed it down and slid a while on my back, I’m very lucky ;P

My last Car wreck wasn’t my fault. I was driving up a hill in the rain when an old lady pulled out in front of me, and started sliding sideway’s down the hill. I had no where to go cause of a light poll on my right, so I nailed her ;/....

No; the bastard rear ended me because he didnt notice the LOUD sirens and a firetruck crossing the intersection. I stopped pretty quickly and he just crashed into my rear bumper. I had a witness and he paid big time! 😛 Well, not really, just for my bumper. His front end was totaled and radiator fluid was leaking from his car. My bumper just had white stress marks. I have a Corolla 2003, he had some ford probe or something… It tried to probe my car but failed (lame I know).

I’ve never been in an accident.. i’m like the most conservative driver ever.. i hate people who speed, tailgate, don’t make full stops at stop signs and generally disregard the rules of the road.

I’m like a grandma, always drive the speed limit, use my blinker, make full stops, always look twice.

I’ve been driving for 3 and a half years now (I’m 19) and have yet to get in an accident. I may drive fast (I can’t STAND to drive the speed limit), but I have good control of my car. I have driven a lot too. Put over 30,000 miles on my car since I got it in 2001…that’s a lot for a high school/college student.
