so basically theyre saying they are more expensive than comp usa but if you dont want to go to comp usa spend more money at our store… thats one of the worst marketing ideas ive ever seen in my entire life.

They are saying that they will sell it to your for whatever they pay for it plus 7%.  Stores usually make more than 7% on products sold, so you are getting it cheaper.
