WHY?!

Why don’t they celebrate some other musical artist birthdays? I hardly know anything Ray Charles did. LOL I mean, I know the name, but I couldn’t pinpoint a song to the man to save my life. =\

you said you knew hardly anything he did

so in response.. one of the things i said was Pepsi Commercial.. because he did a pepsi commercial that ran when I was little.. and that’s really all that I’ve personally seen him do.

Ohhhhh… LOL Gotcha. I thought he did a recent Pepsi commercial or something. I was like,  HUH!! Hehe 😛

I think I’ve seen that commercial in some “Greatest Commercials EVER” television show or something. I once saw this black cat on this white carpet sneeze and explode in fur. Heh—it was a commercial advertising a vacuum cleaner, but boy, did that exploding cat look funny. 😊

They’re also coming out with a movie about Ray Charles’ life with Jamie Foxx as Ray Charles….why? Why Jamie Foxx? I guess he can sing well but his acting is pretty damn awful.

from what i hear, jamie did an amazing job as ray.

Yes, but *why* is Google celebrating Ray Charles? I wonder if the Google monkeys really liked him…? Or if he helped out Google at one time through charity? Or…?

I bet it’s just because he was very influential artist in his time.. I mean it’s hard for me to judge because I’ve never listened to his music and am not from his time.. so yeah.. but i’d imagine that’s the reason.
