I am still visiting the doctor these days. My family doctor checked out this chronic cough I’ve had for about four years now (I literally cough maybe once every 20 seconds), and he tested my allergy levels. It turned out they were so extraordinarily high that my allergies might be turning into asthma (thus, the cough). You can just imagine how horrible I get when the weather changes. So they made me breathe into a computer, and those results apparently came back crappy. The last time I went to the doctor was about two weeks ago where I was lying on a cold moving bed getting my chest x-rayed by a CT scan thingie. =( There was a time when I thought it was cancer!! I found a lump somewhere, and coughing is another symptom of cancer too. Thank goodness the lump vanished, but I am still worried that it might be cancer. :( Let’s hope it’s not. My next appt. to see the family doctor is 22 September.

A checkup in January, followed by two follow-up visits to remove a suspicious mole.  I went in there worrying that I might have high cholesterol or something, and he tells me I might have cancer!!!  Holy sh*t!  Turned out to be fine though, thank goodness…

DUDE, it is FOUR IN THE MORNING, and I have a doctor’s appointment at NINE in the morning. I hate this—I tried going to sleep at around ten in the evening last night, only to wake up at midnight and NOT FALL BACK ASLEEP. I hate this :|

By the way, I am still going through all my doctor crap. They STILL haven’t been able to diagnose me with this stupid cough I’ve had for years. Is it asthma? Is it just sinuses? Well, that’s just a mystery to us all!!!!

I hate it when they can’t figure things out.  At least if people knew what you have, they would know how to treat it and at least how to best live with it.  Without any clue, you feel kind of, well…alone.

Yes, you can imagine my frustration. I went for a CT scan of my lungs, and now I’m supposed to go for ANOTHER CT scan of my sinuses. They could have just done both in one visit!! Bah

:( Yes, I do feel alone though. Oy, I think my doctor is just a bad doctor though. I originally used to think all doctors were like this, but I’ve been diagnosed before with TWO illnesses within 20 minutes. =\ Guess some doctors are just more equal than others

😛 Been there, done that

Strep throat is the worst pain ever, by the way. I hate it with a passion 😊 And that’s icky that you had it with bronchitis! Bronchitis makes you cough sometimes! :( I hope you were okay! I had the unfortunate chance of having strep throat with MONO. That wasn’t very fun either. =\

Eczema. It’s almost gone now, over a year later. For those of you who don’t know what that is, imagine a healing scab that itches. Worse than poison ivy, hives, and 500 mosquito bites combined. Concentrated onto sometimes less than a square inch.

Ya ok, my shingles were’t that bad. I got lucky, and I think cuz i’m young, the virus didn’t phase me that bad. It struck one of my higher, smaller dermatones on my upper back. it more or less looked like i had a small case of poison oak. took a weeks worth (500mgx3/dayx7days) of antiviral medicine ( 3 days worth was 110 bucks!!! doc gave me a bunch of samples to cover the first 4 days) and boom all is well.
