Wow, and I used american cheese on the salad on top of that.  ****!  Okay, I’ll do some more research.  As of now, I dunno what I can do for flavoring?  I’ll bet the slabs of bacon and fried chicken I put in there are bad too!

j/k.  It’s only grilled chicken, but…that could be bad too, I dunno!  😛

Wow, I didn’t know blue cheese was so loaded with fat!  Some gobs of it fell on a napkin, and when I looked at it 30 minutes later, a clear grease-spot spread out from the glob.  Crap, what am I supposed to use now?

the keyword should have been ‘cheese’  it’s extremely fatty

Eating healthy is tough, and when I started to,  my body sort of went into shock from it—it was used to fatty greasy foods.

If you seriously want to eat healthy, check out the internet for all sorts of resources on how to do so without sacraficing decent tasting food…

just because it’s healthty doesn’t mean it has to suck.

I started by giving up pork and shellfish, which made a big difference. It wasnt that hard for me either. I buy more soy products too, which taste good and remain healthy.

My wife was trying to get me into some soy milk for some cereal.  Wasn’t that bad actually.  I guess starting out small and working up over time is the best way.  My stomach is really complaining for not munching on some fries or cookies earlier.  ARGH!!!  :(

i like soy milk, its good stuff. i dunno if i’d totally replace milk for it, but its a good alternative if needed. for me its more or less for variety.

hector, if you’re hungry, just drink a lot of water, it’ll keep the stomach full for a lil while.

I like soy milk, but rice milk is where its at. Tastes like regular milk, but a tad sweeter. Cow milk, despite what the farmers say, is really horrible for the human body. Check out notmilk.com.

Poor girl… I’d whither up and die if I couldn’t eat meat.
