The Angus diet kicks ass! I love cows. And by “love”, I mean they are tasty to eat.

Dude I eat whatever I feel like and I’ve never gotten fat! (Unless you count 8th grade when I broke my leg and was on my ass for like 2 months) haha :D These Fad diets are a waste of time, just STOP eating if you’re *ahem* fat!

My weekly exercise routine:

Sunday - 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weight training
Monday - 30 minutes cardio
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weight training
Thursday - 30 minutes cardio
Friday - 30 minutes weight training
Saturday - Mow the grass!

I think for those of you blessed with good genes it’s difficult to understand how hard us “fat” people have to work to stay healthy.  I have a lifelong friend who has always eaten MORE and exercised LESS and remained THIN.
:x
