I think it is a Jersey thing. Sounds more like a type of sausage.
I dunno, I lived in NJ for a long time, and whenever you’d get ice cream it was with sprinkles…you always had to ask for jimmies. Either rainbow or chocolate…like i said, it’s a jersey thing.
and I’m like no, I want jimmies, ya know sprinkles. lol. and then they say well why didn’t you just ask for sprinkles.. *sighz* trying to create some more diversity in Cali is hard

Was this forum just created to get points and SPAM? Bad you. Anyways Churros are like Spanish fried Doughnuts. They are not hard to make.
You mix flour and water and some a little lemon juice.
Make it like pancake batter.
Then use a pastry Gun to squirt the batter into hot vegetable oil.
When it starts to float and is golden brown it is done cooking.
Put it on a paper towel to Dry.
After it is dry, but not cold, roll it in Cinnamon Sugar.
