Do you brush your teeth after EVERY meal?

I try to, but don’t—I brush them twice in the morning [after I get up and after breakfast], and after dinner [unless I’m out to eat], normally I don’t after lunch as it’s pretty difficult to find the time at work.

sometimes lunch.. it is hard at work , especially when you have client lunches…

during the summers, i’d brush 3 times…cuz i had the time to….during the rest of the year, 2.

i only do it morning and night.
My dentist used to tell me to brush my teeth after i ate anything, or drank anything aside from water.
So like, if i listened to him, i would be brushing my teeth over 8 times a day, and that would be HELL on my gums…
