Yeah, so the moral of the story is get a lot of sleep at night or you’ll be tired the next day.

I’m usually really tired, even if I do sleep for 12 hours. I dunno why though.

you’re sleepy after you sleep for 12 hrs cuz you overslept. also, if you wake up by alarm, you aren’t letting your body naturally wake up from the proper stage of sleep, so you feel like crap when u wake up due to the alarm waking u up in the middle of the wrong stage. random stuff i learned in a psych class i took.

I’m exausted right now because of stupid moving.  I finally got everything out of boxes and put away and all the boxes broken down.  I’m so tired I’ve been breaking out into tears randomly, but I really don’t want to, you know, screw with my sleep schedule.

moving is fun, I have helped two of my friends move this summer. I also moved all the books into a new elementary school here. That’s about 5 or 6 palettes that have about 25-30 boxes, and each box weighs about 50-60lbs. that started to get ugly by pallete 3 or 4…especially in Texas heat, on one of those ozone alert days we have.

if you don’t want to throw off your sleep schedule, take a small 15-30 min nap. they do wonders for your body. I’ll take one in between classes and feel totally refreshed.

I’m really tired right now because my internal schedule is screwed (which is what happens most summers) and I’m not getting near enough sleep.

I should start thinking of my next prank to pull on the freeipods thread… People over there are really gullible. I can say this here, because the most gullible people don’t ever leave that forum! Its funny to see everyone fall for a huge joke.

I’d love to have some of your energy… I am wiped after a hard day of work!

I say hard day, when I have a desk job this year. Last summer, I worked on my friend’s stepdad’s farm, and I worked 10 hours a day. I got a tan, I got a workout everyday, and I was outside in the fresh air. Never felt better! I wish I could do the same everyday.

Maybe thats why I am an Eagle Scout, cause I love the outdoors. Hmm… all this talk about the outdoors, I want to go camping sometime soon… Who wants to go camping?

Wait… WAIT…

YOU MEAN IT WAS ALL A JOKE?!

😛

My boyfriend keeps telling me it’s unhealthy to sleep from four in the morning to noon, but I figure I’m getting my eight hours of sleep and all…?

:?

I dunno. I don’t *feel* unhealthy or anything. =\

How about Oklahoma? Thats in the middle of the country and we have some beautiful land.

Hehe, I say that because thats where I live… At least for the next week, until I return to school in Indiana.

Wow, that is sooo freaky that you say that. My friend was planning an end of summer camping trip with a bunch of my frineds, and we were going to go to Turner Falls. It fell through because not enough people were able to go, but still, thats really freaky!
