I just created my own website/forum…and need info on how it looks, what needs to be changed.  Maybe easier ways to make one part of the page the same all accross the forum (like by using javascript) so I don’t have to edit each page seperately.

Let me know any ideas you may have.  I’m also looking for moderators.

PHP is the best way to make a template that dynamically creates files for your website. You create one template file, and insert code into each of your PHP files that reads the template and creates the document around the data.

Javascript (.js files) is a horrible idea, but one I used to do… it works the same way. However, thats client side, and its more secure/better to do server side page generation via php. If you are running your own server, its easy to install the PHP module, and if you are being hosted ask your hosting company if they have PHP capabilities.

IF they have PHP capabilities…

Then, how do I make this PHP Template?  I’m a smart guy, so I pick up fast.  But, I’m also programming illiterate.  LOL

Help me out please.  Or if any of you want to be moderators and can help, register there and then PM me.

I don’t know of any good tutorials, I know there are books and things like that. The best way to learn something new is to see how someone else did it, so serach google for PHP libraries and code libraries and download examples. Good luck!
