I don’t understand what is wrong with my connection. My connection to the internet from my pc is perfect and it’s a wired connection, not even a wireless connection. It is sometimes good and sometimes bad and fluctuates a lot. How can I solve this problem? I use a netgear router and it is located right next to my ps3.

Change the wire if you don’t get any solution then change your connection.
