hey friends,do you like to watch The Biggest Loser?? really friends,trust me,it’s a really interesting show.everything in this show is well managed.superb storylines,excelent directing,nice characters,everything is really perfect.I love the role of Bob.He keeps his work well….

I would if hey had more interesting celebrities on there. The ones the recruit every season are pretty much a major bore. Like a bad version of Celebrity Rehab.

I absolutely love “The Biggest Loser”. I go through withdrawals when the season is over! I particularly enjoyed this past season because the contestants were really likeable. it’s actually kind of nice to see a show about regular people. not everyone is stick thin like the actors and actresses on tv and it shows the obstacles that people have to overcome showing that weight loss isnt easy. it is something you have to want for yourself or it isn’t going to work. i think bob and jillian do a good job of keeping the contestants motivated. very good show.

I also love Biggest loser and like to entertain myself with it everyday. All Biggest loser episodes are so awesome and So far have been really entertaining. And that’s due to the performances by the lead Character.

I watch it. I agree with most of what you said until the second to last sentence. They DO have to think and make choices. The mind is the most important thing when it comes to losing weight and exercising. It’s 90% mental.
