Im assuming you get all this stuff for free to try out, right?  What happens to it after you open it and complete the video?  Fool around with it for some testing, then rebox it and send it back?

ive always wondered what happens with tech sources which get stuff to review…especially the big sites.

I think each product their as its own owner. Whoever buys it. It will be recorded and display the public view of unboxing.

I think that they buy the stuff that they really think is cool for themselves. And the ther stuff is a loan product that is reviewed and sent back to the company. Thats what CNET does. The review a bunch of stuff and they are all loan products that are sent back to the company. If you want to check it out let me know and I’ll give you guys a link later. Can’t now because I’m on my iphone WITHOUT COPY AND PASTE. Gah! I seriously hope Apple puts copy/paste.

I thought that they got the stuff free as long as they done a review on it. Now I am wondering what they do with it and how they get it. Would be cool if they got it all free and then gave it away all the time, but I doubt that is what is gonna happen but nice dreaming though.

I know some sites give it away, but I’m curious about this too. I’m pretty sure you would get to keep it though, but I think it depends. Maybe you have to reach a deal or something…haha. Other unboxing videos I know, one would probably buy it at a store and then show it off to the world by recording a video, but as for other stuff, maybe they do get it for free?

I dont know was hoping that Andru might tell us or something. But I think he’s keeping it a secret or something…lol. If he gets anything he dont want he could give it to me…lol. Just joking.

If he exposes all these secrets, everyone will own a forum and every one will unbox a video and probably everyone will get the hardware for free.

I doubt if everyone will do that people have jobs for a living and some people wouldnt know how to do all of that anyway. I was just curious as to what does happen to the stuff, not to find out for my own personal use, or to try to get anything free, you probably have to have some kind of liscense anyways and I am sure they dont just hand stuff to just anyone.

I bet they get to keep it. I also bet that they fight over who gets the coolest stuff. 😊

😊  That would be fun, but I think that I would want to keep most of what they unbox for myself if I were them.  More stuff to play with. 😊

If I was to get all of those electronics I know I would be keeping it for myself. That would give me all kinds of things to play around with I would have so much fun. Wonder if maybe they sell it after they get bored with it just to get some extra money. That would be a good idea to do. That and after awhile you would have to do something with it for the fact that it would clutter up the house after awhile.

it would’ve been nice if they sell it online. The one who buys it first would be lucky.
