What are your favourite music lyrics and why? The first song that popped into my head is Sarah McLachlan - World On Fire. She is such an amazing and lovely singer and the song (and video) are great. It talks about the world and I think the video reflects the lyrics very well showing all the suffering that is going on. The lyrics are so simple and yet, they allow one to think a lot about the world we live in. One of the best songs I have in my music collection.
