Is this happening to anyone else? Youtube has been loading a lot slower for me lately.

No, it’s not going slow at all for me… are you using the old or the beta player? The beta was actually 2x faster for me, I don’t even need buffering anymore. What’s your internet speed?
(Btw I haven’t reported you at all, so I’m not at fault for whatever you said for having decreasing points.)

Lol YouTube is slow. I mean, mentally slow. 😛

YouTube is importing a lot of add-ons and stuff. It’s going to turn into another MySpace, nothing more.

I personally use MegaVideo… the sister site of MegaUpload.
I use it to upload random stuff like school projects and stuff. It’s very simple, although their support is -1, and there are lots of bugs. But uploading is uber fast, you can download the original, and you can even make money. Lol. Perfect for someone in a lower class family like me.
It’s not updating anytime soon, and lots of content are on there. No time restriction, and I doubt you’ll need more than 5GB limit. Which is why it beats Youtube.
Oh yeah, and it’s pretty fast buffering if you have an account… and you can also important your YouTube account videos >_^ One more reason to switch, maybe…?

Personally I’m not doing it for the money. Just hoping to get a bit of premium time so I don’t have to wait forever to download my backup stuff. I heard bad stuff about money not getting transferred though so don’t get your hopes up.

Do you use Comcast? I’m currently experiencing Internet Speed Issues with Comcast, when i go to youtube, hulu, Vimeo, etc. it takes forever to play the video, it would play, buffer, play, buffer. it’s worst then dial-up. but this only applies to streaming videos, when browse the web, everything is fast and speedy. speed test still says i have dl of 4mb/s. I’m still trying to find out why.

I think Comcast throttles your speed to dial-up speed if you use more than your allotment of bandwidth. I have no idea what provider I’m using since I never have that problem, everything is at 300kb/sec no matter how much I download :D

are there different plans for comcast? i download all day and my speed is never reduced, im always hanging around 230kb/sec

Youtube working perfectly fine over here right now.
there might some maintenance thats happening,which could result in some slowness.

youtube is working fine for me also. maybe something is slowing your computer down and its loading youtube slow.

not at all , its because of your speed 256kbps as u said i think.

it happened to me to but i think its the new set up for youtube…maybe…or my computer
