Do you like having multiple different versions of Vista to choose from?

Some people like the selection of the different versions of Vista, because they can choose the version that will fit best for them.  However, I think it just adds to confusion, and should be scrapped for a one-software-fits-all solution like Apple does with their Mac OS X

The different versions of Vista is good in a way, but i think that Vista Ultimate should be the general Vista version. it feels like these different versions is a class classification. Basic for low spec computers, Home prem. for med and Ultimate for High-end computers. But there isn’t really much confusion…. the only confusion is between Ultimate and Home Prem. I regret getting Ultimate for the Extras, because there is no extras, i am disappointed in microsoft.

I had both the Vista 32Bit & 64 Bit Ultimate installed earlier but then i realized why not use only the 64 version instead of running two OSes.So, i’m currenty on Vista 64 Ultimate (dual boot with XP) .😊

I know, the Extras (or lack thereof) have been one of my biggest disappointments with the operating system.  Everything else runs smoothly for me.  Luckily I didn’t pay for Ultimate (got it through my school for free as part of their software program) but I was still looking forward to the extras.  They even changed the wording in SP1 to lower everyones expectations haha
